Assembly of SMD Components

We assemble smaller to mid-size batches using a machine with a capacity of up to 3,000 components per hour. Our Pick & Place robot features an integrated camera, which ensures precise placement and real-time position correction.

For larger production runs, we use modern automated lines with high-end equipment. These systems deliver optimal performance and high reliability throughout the process.

Our SMD Placement Machines

These machines allow us to handle both low and high volumes with accuracy and efficiency.

Component Soldering

We use several soldering methods to meet different technical requirements:

• Reflow soldering in a convection oven
• Vapour Phase soldering, reaching up to 230°C – ideal for heat-sensitive components in complex circuits
• Selective soldering for precise, localized joints [bottom-up view video…]

Each method ensures strong, reliable connections tailored to your product’s needs

Wiring

We crimp ferrules on wires using the MECAL P107BT machine. It handles wire diameters from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm – the most common sizes in the automotive and agricultural sectors.

Moreover, Mecal provides tools compatible with nearly all standard faston connectors, giving us great flexibility in custom wiring solutions.

Keypads

We design and manufacture waterproof, highly durable, and backlit membrane keypads for our devices. These keypads use MacDermid foil and are printed with UV technology for long-lasting performance.

To form the key shapes, we developed a custom thermoforming press that embosses a precise and tactile key relief. As a result, our keypads offer excellent feedback and long service life.

We are also developing dual-function industrial keys that follow the latest safety standards.
